New trust licenses

In term 3, we got new trust licenses since Felicity left. What we do is we have 3 groups the lowest one is called supported, the top one is called trust license, (I think) and the middle one is called no-man's land. I think it is useful to have only one group have a trust license because when you moved up from beginner to restricted, you would have to get a new trust license. Now you either have one or not. What I don't like about it is that it has  barely changed, overall, I am not sure whether it was good to change or not.
